MAGNUS ROBOT FIGHTER N°14 (July 1992)

Except the story and the lettering of this issue, Ernie Colon is mastering the art by its own, giving to us one of best looking job of his whole career!! It's so beautiful it's difficult to find words to describe it. Two things are helping for sure: the fact that Ernie is taking care of the coloring and the fact that the printing is way much better (on a glossy paper) than it was at the beginning of Valiant.

There is no visible borders beetween panel except the white background of the page. Its gives an open space look to this story. Ernie also took special care of light effects, way more convincing and effective than computerized modern ones. The very strong panel colors (especially the ever present blue and red) are also one of the reasons putting this particular issue as one of the TOP 10 best work ever done by Ernie. Go get it!
