At first, I was so excited to see that Ernie Colon was part of this annual, guest starring almost all the pencillers/inkers the serie had: Ron Randall, Rick Magyar, Adrian Gonzales, Rodin Rodriguez, Alfredo Alcala, Gerald Forton, Tony Dezuniga and of course Ernie Colon!
Except that, contray to all those others artists, Ernie Colon is the only one who's in fact, not drawing for this annual! They only inserted 3 of its pin-up (or rejected covers) in the story, trying to make sense of it!

Cheap move, DC, cheap move! The fact that Tony Dezuniga is inking Ernie on those 3 pages means those are old illustrations from the first year of the title, unused until then.
So this issue of Arak couldn't be lowest on your Ernie Colon top priority list....
