Ok, this one is weird and I 'll frankly say I don't know a lot about it. this is the ONLY work Ernie ever did for Dark Horse, which seems weird but is true. I'm not really sure what Ernie did on this one (you can't recognize him), I supposed helping draw some panels or making layouts, I don't know. One thing is sure, Captain crusader is a feature owned and created by Gary Martin (mostly known for his inking jobs, on Steve Rude for exemple) whose a big fan and friend of Ernie, which explained Ernie giving a hand on this short episode.
UPDATE: Gary Martin helped clarified it :"Ernie and Paul Gulacy did the layouts on this 8-pager. Paul did the fight sequence, and Ernie did everything else. Hope that clears it up. :)"
