This is supposed to be kind of a "sequel" to the 9/11 book, depicting the events following the 9/11 terrorist attacks, and based on the same kind of approach (illustrated news report)....except it isn't.
Quickly, it appears that this book is gonna be a long succession of sad victims and bombing reports, whithout the same appeal than the first 9/11 book, whose goal was to provide people with an easy way to read and understand the 9/11 report. Here, it quickly become repetitive. Ernie puts all his efforts into illustrating it, but it seems he's giving up more and more as we approach the end of the book, relying then a lot on photoshoped faces.
It's interesting to see how Ernie is approaching some illustrations but the book is difficult to finish reading....
HILL AND WANG published The 9/11 Report
Sid JACOBSON wrote it (147p)
and...
Ernie COLON drew, colored and lettered it.
